ALL ORDERS will be completed as they are ordered typically within a 3-4 week window.
When your order is complete it will be available for pick up at Friday Threads or shipped to your home. We will send you an email to let you know when items are ready to be picked up.
Occasionally our suppliers are out of stock on some sizes and colors which may cause a delay in your order. If this happens, we will back-order those items and complete them as soon as we receive them or replace with a similar product.
PLEASE NOTE: All items are custom made to order therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. ALL DISCREPANCIES MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
FRIDAY THREADS' location is at Western Row and 42, near James Third Base, at 1085D Reading Rd in Mason, OH 45040. We are available between 9:30 - 4, Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday; 9:30 - 7 on Monday and Thursdays, and 10-1 on Saturdays.
