Here are some Frequently Asked Questions from our customers. 

 

Q: When will my order be ready? 

A: All sites are included with a Closing date and a Estimated Completion date at the top of the page. The Closing date is the day that a site closes.After this date, no further submissions or changes will be accepted. If any late orders are accepted it will be ready at a date separate from the Estimated Completion date. The Estimated Completion Date is the day your order will be available for pickup at the store or will be shipped to your home.

 

Q: Where can I pick up my order?

A: You can pickup your order from the Friday Threads store! FRIDAY THREADS'  location is at Western Row and 42, near James Third Base, at 1085D Reading Rd in Mason, OH 45040. We are available between 9:30 - 4, Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday; 9:30 - 7 on Monday and Thursdays, and  10-1 on Saturdays.

 

Q: What happens if I'm late picking up my order?

A: We will hold your order here at the store for 6 months. If it is not picked up by the end of that time period we will be donating it to Matthew 25.

 

Q: Can I try on samples of an item before I buy it online?

A: Yes! We will typically have samples in store of products shown online. If we do not for any reason feel free to contact us and we can special order a sample for you.

 

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit right or I don't need it anymore?

A: Sadly no, since the sites are specialized specifically for each group or business we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Unless there is factory error such as the wrong art being placed or the wrong size being sent that does not match your order.

 

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes! Prices vary depending on the art and amount of a item, but we do allow custom orders. We also allow customers to bring in their own apparel for us to customize as they please. Feel free to contact us via email info@fridaythreads.com for more questions or to place a custom order.

 

Q: What information should I have ready to place a custom order?

A: To place a custom order we require the item code/item you wish to have customized. A clean image or description of what you would like and the amount you would like, as well as the sizes required.
