The estimated completion date for ALL orders is May 29th, 2024.

All orders will be completed a once the site has closed, and will be picked up by a team representative and delivered at the WINTER POLAR BEAR. 

• Occasionally, our suppliers are out of stock in some sizes and colors, which may cause a delay in your order. If this happens, we will do our best to provide you with a comparable product, or backorder the item(s) and complete your order as soon as we receive them. 
• PLEASE NOTE: All items are custom made to order, therefor we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
